ABOUT US : UHC CASE STUDY

When we began working with Utah Housing Corporation in 1998, the state affordable housing agency had a loosely organized marketing and public relations program. After evaluating the program, we recommended that UHC re-establish its image and position in the marketplace by creating a new brand identity. This included a professionally designed logo, collateral materials, kit cover, brochures, newsletter and annual report. Our intent was to help position UHC as the authority and primary financier of affordable housing in the state.

We identified UHC's primary audiences, developed a consistent message and effective marketing package, and provided in-house public relations training for the staff. Within two years, Utah Housing Corporation was widely recognized as the state's leading provider of affordable housing resources and financing.
